Your fish pools, watched 24/7. Know before a problem becomes a loss.

AquaVisionary uses AI to watch the cameras at your pools. It keeps track of water level, water colour and fish behaviour, and alerts you and the worker on duty the moment something looks wrong.

Being built to work with the IP cameras you already have. We're now selecting pilot farms.

Sample screen. Data shown is illustrative.

Problems usually start between two patrols.

Today, pools are checked by hand. Workers walk the farm day and night to look at water levels, inlets and fish. Between rounds, nobody is watching.

A sample night shiftIllustrative scenario.

Illustrative scenario: patrols happen at 20:00, 23:00 and 05:00. At 02:40 an inlet blocks and the water level starts to drop. The problem is found on the 05:00 patrol, 2 hours 20 minutes later. With AquaVisionary, an alert reaches the phone as soon as the level starts to drop.

  • Manual patrols, day and night

Every pool is checked on foot several times a day, including at night. The work is heavy and it never ends.

  • Problems found too late

A falling water level, a blocked inlet or an oxygen problem can kill a whole pool's stock within hours. The loss falls straight on the owner.

  • A heavy load on workers

Repetitive, round-the-clock shifts are exhausting, and a tired eye misses things.

  • No records, no history

Nobody writes down what happened and when. That makes it hard to find causes, write reports or talk to insurers.

A second pair of eyes on every pool, day and night.

AquaVisionary continuously analyses the video from the cameras at each pool and warns you when something moves outside normal.

  1. 1

    Water level tracking

Reads the level from the image and raises an alarm at emergency-low levels or overflow risk.

  2. 2

    Water colour and turbidity

Notices changes in the colour and clarity of the water.

  3. 3

    Abnormal fish behaviour

Spots behaviour such as crowding at the surface, which can signal low oxygen.

  4. 4

    Dead fish and blockage detection

Detects floating dead fish, debris and blocked inlets or outlets.

  • Instant alerts

Tells you and the worker on duty before a problem grows.

    • Mobile push
    • SMSPlanned
    • WhatsAppPlanned
  • All pools on one dashboard

Every pool shows green, amber or red. History, trends and an incident log in one place.

Next on the roadmap

  • Feeding activityComing soon

Tracks how eagerly fish come to feed.

  • Intruder and bird detectionComing soon

Notices people entering the farm and birds hunting fish.

From camera to your phone

Four steps from setup to the first alert.

  1. 1

    Cameras are connected

We connect your existing IP and CCTV cameras. Where needed, we install low-cost cameras.

  2. 2

    AI analyses the video

Models watch each pool continuously and learn what normal looks like for that pool.

  3. 3

    You get an alert

When something is wrong, you and the worker on duty are notified straight away.

  4. 4

Your team acts, history is saved

Your team goes to the pool. The incident is saved with its time and image.

What changes for owners and for workers?

Farm owners

  • Protected revenue. When mass losses are prevented, stock, feed and labour are not wasted.

  • Fewer losses. Problems are noticed without waiting for the next patrol.

  • Peace of mind. See the status of every pool on your phone, even when you are away from the farm.

  • Dated records. Every incident is saved with its time and image, which makes reports and insurance conversations easier.

Workers

  • Fewer patrols. Instead of walking every pool all the time, go to the pool that raised an alert.

  • Safer nights. Less time spent on wet pool edges in the dark.

  • Clear alerts. Which pool, what problem, when: all in one notification.

A team that knows the farms.

AquaVisionary is built by a team that knows aquaculture from the inside. We know what night patrols, problems found too late and the losses that follow really mean.

  • Knowledge from the field

We know what can go wrong at the pool side and how farm teams really work.

  • Built with farms

We're building the system on the farms that live with these problems, together with them, not at a desk.

  • A wide sector network

We have a wide network of producers, cooperatives and suppliers.

Become a pilot farm

We're selecting a limited number of pilot farms for 2027-2028. We want to build the system on your pools, together with you.

What pilot farms get

  • Early access to the system
  • Setup terms: [[PILOT_TERMS]] (Not filled in yet)
  • A system tuned to your pools
  • A direct line to the team

What we ask of you

  • Regular feedback: tell us what works and what doesn't
  • Site access: permission to enter the farm for setup and tuning

Frequently asked questions

Do I need new cameras?

Not necessarily. The system is being built to work with existing IP and CCTV cameras. If a camera's angle or image quality isn't good enough, we'll suggest low-cost cameras. We'll look at your site together during the pilot and decide.

Does it work at night?

It's designed for cameras with infrared night vision. We'll measure how reliable each detection is at night and in bad weather on pilot farms, and share the results with you openly.

Does it need internet on site?

Alerts need an internet connection to reach your phone, and a mobile (4G) connection can do the job. For sites with limited connectivity, we'll work out the best setup together during the pilot.

Is my data safe?

Your camera footage and farm data are used only to provide the service and improve the system, and are never sold to third parties. We process personal data in line with KVKK, Türkiye's data protection law. Details are in our privacy notice.

How much will it cost?

Pricing isn't set yet. It will depend on the number of pools and the cameras you already have. Terms for pilot farms: [[PILOT_TERMS]] (Not filled in yet).

Which fish and pool types does it suit?

Our first focus is land-based trout, sea bass and sea bream pools and raceways. We'd also like to talk about sea cages, and we'll assess the fit together during the pilot.

What stage is the product at?

We're at prototype stage and selecting our first pilot farms. Pilot farms will help shape what the system does and how.

Let's start watching your pools together.
