The site is operated by AquaVisionary (a venture in the process of being incorporated).

The site introduces AquaVisionary and collects applications to the pilot programme. The product is in development. Descriptions on the site explain intended features and are not a commitment or warranty. Screens shown are illustrative.
Pilot programme
Sending a pilot request does not create a contract. Pilot terms are agreed separately, in writing, with each farm.
Fees
No paid service is offered on the site at present. For questions about future billing: billingaquavisionary.com.
Intellectual property
Text, logos, images and design on the site were created by or are licensed to AquaVisionary. They may not be copied or used commercially without permission.
Limitation of liability
We provide the site as is. We work to keep information accurate and current but do not guarantee it is complete. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage arising from use of the site.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye have jurisdiction over disputes. Consumers' statutory rights are not affected.
